All products are available to view without entering any personal details. Order processing and
payment authorisation require you to enter some personal details. These details will be held in
accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Every effort is made to ensure that the information held within this website at any time is accurate.
However, we will not be held liable for any errors or omissions. We will use all reasonable endeavours
to correct errors and omissions as quickly as practicable after becoming aware or being notified of
these in writing.
We reserve the right to change, suspend or discontinue any part of the website, including the
availability of information, database or content or restrict access to parts or all of the website
without notice or liability.
If you do not agree to any of the terms herein please do not continue to use the web site.
Ordering
WakeMK will only enter into a contract with the customer once a dispatch note has been issued.
Once an order has been placed an order acknowledgement will issued in the form of an email confirming
all the details of the order. If you do not agree or accept the details on the order acknowledgement
you must inform us immediately by e mail to -

A second e-mail will be sent informing you of order dispatch. Only once WakeMK have sent
this e-mail will we enter into a purchase contract even if your payment has been processed.
This contract can only be broken by prior notice by either party by
1. WakeMK refusing your order or
2. Customer Cancellation
We reserve the right to cancel your order for any reasonable reason including but no restricted to:
1. Stock availability;
2. Payment authorisation problems;
3. Incorrect use of any discount codes or offers;
4. Non acceptance of our terms and conditions;
5. A description error including incorrect pricing.
All cancellations will be notified in writing within 3 working days of an order being placed.

in stock although we cannot guarantee to do so.

Order Cancellations:
1. you can notify us by email to
customerservice@wakemk.com before the goods are despatched; or
2. where goods have already been dispatched to you, by returning goods to us within 14 days
in accordance with our Returns Policy.

Goods Supplied
All dimensions are approximate and some of the products are made of natural materials and handmade
therefore may vary slightly from the picture. Although every attempt is made to ensure the images used
on this website are accurate and of a high quality product colour or even shape may differ.
We reserve the right to substitute products of a similar description and standard if the requested
goods are not available but will use reasonable endeavours to match your order exactly. In the unlikely
event of you receiving a substituted product you, the buyer, shall be entitled to return the goods for
a full refund within 14 working days in accordance with our returns policy. In this case a full refund
will be made and all shipping costs will be covered by WakeMK
Pricing
We reserve the right to review our pricing at any time at it is the customer responsibility to ensure
that the price stated on the order acknowledgement is correct.
All prices include VAT (where applicable) at the current rates. We reserve the right to express the
price exclusive of VAT, but we shall show VAT separately and include it in the total price shown on
the final invoice.
Where we charge separately for packing, carriage and insurance and other relevant charges, the
appropriate rates are set out in our specified pricing structure shown elsewhere on this Website.
Payment
We accept most major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and Maestro. Your order will
only be processed subject to payment being authorised.
Please note that the payment transaction will take place prior to delivery.
Goods remain the property of WakeMK until paid for in full.
Purchasers Commitment
You, the buyer, customer, warrant that all information provided on the order form for the purpose of
purchasing the goods are correct, that the credit card you are using is your own and that there are
sufficient funds available to cover the cost of the goods
